I'm So Stupid was included in the setlist of the Re-Invention Tour during rehearsals, but first it got replaced by Dress You Up and then Material Girl (which made it into the final setlist). In the I'm Going To Tell You A Secret documentary, Madonna can be seen performing I'm So Stupid while playing the electric guitar.
