After the MDNA era, Madonna takes a break from music in 2013. She edits and releases the DVD for the MDNA Tour and teams with Steven Klein for the politically charged art project Secret Project Revolution. She also opens several new branches of her Hard Candy Fitness chain and travels to Malawi and Haiti for humanitarian work. By the end of the year, Madonna splits with boyfriend Brahim Zaibat.
