  • Remarks

When Madonna started rehearsing for her Rebel Heart Tour in May 2015, she postponed the 5 first dates of the tour (in Miami, Atlanta & San Juan) to January 2016. "As my fans already know, the show has to be perfect," said Madonna in a statement. "Assembling all the elements will require more time than we realized. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause my fans. I can promise you this show will be worth the wait. Can't wait to share it with all my Rebel Hearts out there."

The show in Henning, Denmark was moved up one day because of scheduling conflicts.

The shows in Brisbane, Australia were moved 10 days forward, shortening the entire tour. This way, the Sydney shows became the final tour stops.

After the first show in Paris, Madonna surprised her fans by showing up at the Place de la République, together with her guitarist Monte and her son David. About 40 lucky fans got to hear her perform GhosttownImagine and Like A Prayer, as a tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks in November 2015.

The last to show to be added to the tour schedule was Singapore, which only got confirmed after strong negotiations. The SIngapore government only approved after Madonna gave in to censuring parts of the show. The performances of Iconic, Holy Water and Devil Pray were competely cut, reducing the first segment to only 2 songs.

On March 10th, two days before the start of her Australian tour, Madonna performed an intimate fan show at Melbourne's Forum Theatre, titled "Madonna: Tears of a Clown". The show was a fusion of music, art and comedy. Madonna commented: "I wanted to do something special for Australia because you have been so patient and waited so long". Setlist: Send In The Clowns - Drowned World/Substitute For Love - X-Static Process - Between The Bars - Nobody's Perfect - Easy Ride Intervention - I'm So Stupid - Paradise (Not For Me) - Joan of Arc - Don't Tell Me - Mer Girl - Borderline - Take A Bow - Holiday.
