Madonna wrapped up her first tour leg in San Diego last night. In the request section, the crowd got treated to Who's That Girl and Frozen.
The last Unapologetic Bitch of the American West Coast was Diego from Tijuana, Mexico. Madonna was very pleased with his self-made costume.
As the end of the first tour leg draws closer, Madonna performed at the L.A. Forum last night. And she had a few surprises in store.
In the request section, she didn't perform Who's That Girl or Ghosttown, but instead treated the crowd to Secret and Like A Prayer, which made its debut on this tour. She said she liked the request section because she wasn't on a time schedule.
After a wonderful Like A Prayer singalong, she added a few heart-warming words:
"That wonderful time when you find people who think like you, who feel like you, when suddenly you don't feel alone in the world, and yet, you don't judge others that are different from you. That is in fact the most important aspect of being a rebel heart."
The Unapologetic Bitch of the evening was none other than Katy Perry, who did a fantastic job acting like the star-struck fan. When Madonna playfully asked her name, Katy blurted out "I'm such a big fan! I'm so nervous" and later on addressed Madonna with "I love you mum!"
The banana she got was a special one, it was actually a flask with alcohol in it. Both took a sip and Katy made a weird face after discovering what spirit was in it.
The crowd included many celebrities, such as Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Queen Latifa and Salma Hayek. Madonna's longtime back-up singer Donna De Lory posted a picture on Instagram that she was attending her first Madonna concert from the audience.
Madonna skipped Who's That Girl in Las Vegas and sang Secret and Ghosttown instead.
The Unapologetic Bitch was Stacey, who wore a replica of the golden Blond Ambition corset.
After the show she appeared at her own after-party at the Marquee Nightclub.
Glendale, Arizona got the original setlist, going from Who's That Girl into Rebel Heart.
Madonna treated herself to another muscled Unapologetic Bitch, the gogo dancer Ginger Eddie, who gladly took off his shirt on stage to show off his pecs.
In between her shows at the West Coast, Madonna has been seen cycling around. Many of the dancers and collaborators on the tour comment on social media that many of them have family members living in the area who are attending these shows. The atmosphere seems to be great and it reflects on Madonna's mood on stage.
In San Jose she had some fun with one of the young female dancers, putting her over her lap and giving her a spanking.
She performed Who's That Girl and Frozen this night, but no Ghosttown.
The Unapologetic Bitch of the night was the hunky Juan Carlos from Peru.
Arriving at the US West Coast, Madonna decided to again perform Secret, but this time at the cost of cutting out both Who's That Girl and Ghosttown.
The Rebel Heart Tour has been generous to Canada, performing 8 shows in 5 cities. But that Canadian tour came to an end last Thursday when Madonna performed in Vancouver.
Though not without giving the Canadian fans an extra treat. For the first time this tour - and the first time in 14 years - Madonna performed Secret (instead of Who's That Girl). Afterwards the crowd also received Ghosttown.
Sitting in front row were Amy Schumer and Sean Penn. Madonna joked a lot with Amy, asking her how many drinks she'd had already. The press obviously went in overdrive with Sean attending a second time and even saw the performance of Secret as a hint of them getting back together.
During Sunday's show in Edmonton, Madonna helped a gay couple in front row get hitched. After teasing the guys for a while, she gave the mic to Jan, who took the opportunity and said "I love you with all my heart, Chad. Will you marry me, please?".
"You may kiss the bride," Madonna joked as the crowd cheered. "You forgot the most important part. You need to catch the bouquet," after which she tossed her bouquet to the happy couple.
Madonna performed Ghosttown on the first show but skipped it on the second night.
Matador Razzy was the Unapologetic Bitch on the first night.
On Monday night it was Trevor from Regina, Saskatchewan. Madonna of course made it into Vagina.

Madonna got a little hot during her show in St. Paul, making her go into an impromptu snippet of Fever. However, she skipped Ghosttown.
Madonna dedicated La Vie en Rose to "her good friend Prince", who was in the audience. After the show, she retruned the favour and attended his intimid gig at Paisley Park.
Russian fan Oksana was the lucky Unapologetic Bitch tonight. Madonna was especially pleased that Oksana was wearing Truth or Dare shoes.
The second night in Toronto, the crowd was a lot more enthusiastic. Madonna rewarded them with a performance of Ghosttown.
She premiered a new Puglisi cape for Living For Love.
For Unapologetic Bitch she picked herself another muscle guy from the audience: Daniel from Venezuela.
During her first night in Toronto, Madonna skipped Ghosttown again.
The Unapologetic Bitch was Canadian singer songwriter Nelly Furtado. "So many things you can do with a banana, you can phone people with them, you can fuck people with them.... wait.. what?!" :-D
So far it seems Frozen was just a treat for her hometown. Both Who's That Girl and Ghosttown were performed in Atlantic City, as this seems to be the regular setlist now.
She took a few more digs at marriage: "There are 3 rings to marriage: the Engagement Ring, the Wedding Ring, and Suffering."
Lucky fan Billy was called on stage for Unapologetic Bitch. And as M cheekily said "Every night an Unapologetic Bitch shows up on stage, she... or she gets a price..." before giving her impressive banana gift.
Yesterday fans reported hearing Frozen being rehearsed. And yes, hometown Detroit got treated with this Ray Of Light gem, which replaced Ghosttown.
She said this was a special performance just for Detroit so we'll have to wait and see if it returns on any other dates or not.
Of course her dad was attending the show. She thanked him for making her strong and then dedicated Rebel Heart to him. Another song dedication was for Lola, who is currently attending college in Michigan. Madonna dedicated La Vie en Rose to her daughter because she was the first person to teach her about love.
"Motor City, your hometown girl is back." She made several references to her hometown. After Body Shop she commented "If anyone can understand the trials and tribulations of working at a body shop, it's the Motor City."
She also referred to her goodwill projects in town: "I'm very proud to be part of the going-up process in Detroit. I've been involved in a lot of projects with Dan Gilbert. From the Youth Boxing Program, to the Women's Empowerment Program. Detroit is making a comeback, so watch out."
In her last September show, Madonna gave Chicago both Who's That Girl and Ghosttown.
Among the celebs in the crowd were Jesus Luz and Steven Klein.
Fans got a bit of a scare during Living For Love, when the fall at the Brits almost seemed to repeat itself. As Madonna came on the main stage, the red round stage hadn't been put into place yet. As it quickly rolled up, Madonna almost tripped but fortunately kept her balance. Check out the incident below.
E não é que ontem no show de Chicago, problema técnicos com o palco, quase derrubaram Madonna de novo na performance de "Living for love"

The Unapologetic Bitch of the night was Derrick Berry, a Britney impersonator who was wearing the Britney's outfit from the 2003 VMA performance. As he flirted with Madonna, M joked "No we're not gonna make out!". The lucky unapologetic bitch didn't just get a banana but also a 'Bitch I'm Madonna' necklace.

Just as we thought Who's That Girl was gone for good, in favour of Ghosttown, Madonna switched back to the original setlist in Boston. So it seems she will be switching between the two songs.
During Unapologetic Bitch she surprised her son David, who celebrated his birthday earlier this week, by bringing him up on stage.
Last night, Madonna performed in Philadelphia.
Ghosttown now seems to be here to stay, but the addition comes with a price. To re-arrange the balance in the third segment, Madonna cut out Who's That Girl.
Referring to the current visit of Pope Franciscus to the US, Madonna said "Rules are for fools. That's why I like the new pope. He seems very open-minded."
"I've been excommunicated from the Catholic Church three times. It shows the Vatican really cares," she joked. "Since Popey-wopey is on his way over here, I want to dedicate this song to him," after which she performed La Vie en Rose.
Unfortunately, only hours later, that same Pope showed that he wasn't so progressive after all when he spoke out against gays and marriage equality in his UN speech. Maybe M should have a word with him.
Here is an overview of the stage locations where Madonna performs her songs.
Madonna re-visited Canada yesterday. Some media outlets were eager to report how she "fucked up" when adressing the crowd. But when you look at the video below, you can see it wasn't a big deal and she dealt with it perfectly.
Luckily, Ghosttown was again performed, which seems to indicate it's here to stay in the setlist.
A female fan wearing an outfit similar to Madonna's was picked as the Unapologetic Bitch of the night.
When performing at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn last night, Madonna had a beautiful surprise in store. After Who's That Girl she smiled and said "Okay, I was thinking of playing a new song..." As the crowd went wild, she started an acoustic version of none other than the heavily missed Ghosttown!
She performed it with Monte and herself on the guitar. At the end she commented "When it all comes down, that really is all we have. Each other." The long standing ovation has her in tears.
She dedicated True Blue to her friend Debi Mazar, who was attending the show.
Before La Vie en Rose, she talked about Sean Penn attending the show at Madison Square Garden. She recalled how he was upset with her revealing outfit during her Virgin Tour 30 years ago. After the show on Thursday, he sent her a letter that he was finally appreciated her art. "That's what I have to say about marriage" she joked "30 fucking years later!!".
During Unapologetic Bitch, the dancers got the wonderful Anderson Cooper up on stage, who was getting a bit shy as he was awarded the banana of the evening.
In the second week of her tour, Madonna has come home to New York City, playing two nights at Madison Square Garden. She was nostalgic, often referring to the anniversary of her Virgin Tour show that happened at the same venue 30 years ago.
Amy Schumer opened both shows with a comedy set, telling about how Madonna's team had asked her: "‘Who better than you to open up for Madonna?'", she replied "Uh, Any band?".
On the first night, Madonna also brought Amy up on stage during the Banana Act in Unapologetic Bitch. Amy of course eagerly played along. On the second night, it was a fan again.
Strangely, Madonna already dropped the Everybody snippet from the Dress You Up medley. We'll have to wait and see if it ever makes its way back into the setlist.
Madonna also sported a different, wilder hairdo than on the previous shows.
Among the celebs on the first nights were J-Lo, who was spotted dancing throughout the show, and Ariana Grande, who took to Instagram afterwards to express her admiration.
On the second night, Madonna ex-husband Sean Penn was seen smiling and gazing at his former love all the time. Alicia Keys, Thalia , Jeremy Scott, Zac Posen, Andy Cohen, Kelly Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, were all in attendance.
Check out the pictures for NYC.
On Saturday, Madonna went on her first US show in Washington DC. The opening act for this night was SLEEP¥ TOM.
She mentioned she was sad that Obama didn't come after she invited him to the show. She then dedicated La Vie en Rose to him, hoping he'd understand French.
Not only guys get lucky this tour: during the Unapologetic Bitch fan moment, Madonna brought up Heather on stage, who was dressed in the ABBA outfit worned by Madonna on her Confessions Tour. When asked if she has anything to apologize for, Heather shouted "Fuck no!"
Even the weather reporter at Fox 5 DC got quite into the groove before the show!
At the end of her second night in Montreal, Madonna explained that she'll bring a fan (or rather a "bitch") on stage every show. The first lucky one was the hunky Yves, who showed off his dance moves and his skills with a banana. Madonna couldn't keep her hands off him.
After many months of preparation, Madonna has kicked off her Rebel Heart Tour at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada.
You can read a series of reviews, most of which are raving, and check out the pictures gallery.
Rebel Heart producer Diplo got to open the show with a DJ set. But he didn't know Madonna had a surprise in store for him. During her closing song Unapologetic Bitch, she brought him up on stage, bend him over to spank him, had him do some dance moves and then cheekily offered him a banana as goodbye present. She then waved the crowd goodbye with "Goodbye Bitches!" (after which she came back for the encore Holiday).
