Madonna goes full disco queen in 2006, promoting her recent Confessions On A Dance Floor studio album with 3 single releases, promo gigs at the Grammies (February) and Coachella (April) and of course the Confessions Tour, which visits North America, Europe and Japan between May and September. After the tour Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie visit Malawi, where they adopt the 1-year old David Banda.
