Rating
Dick Tracy is one of the few better and successful movies that feature Madonna. The 1930s inspired city with vivid colours is cleary the strongest component of the film, the music (Madonna's own songs the most) fits the movie very well, the story is interesting, but the acting is not perfect. Madonna feels stiff at times (not in the musical scenes of course) even though her attitude is similar to what she was showcasing in real life that time. Al Pacino had better roles too. All-in-all it's a fun movie to watch. 8/10
